They made our event really special, everybody enjoyed the selections made and at one point were even singing along. The band were also willing to source and play some music requested in advance which was not on their playlist. Altogether they played beautifully.

  A highly professional approach to their performances.

  I recently booked the City String Trio to perform at my daughter's wedding. After consulting several groups, I found this trio to be one with a great deal of experience and many satisfied customers. We required traditional music for the ceremony and some more "light hearted" and upbeat music for the following reception. All of our requests were happily accepted and performed on the day. This group clearly has a large repertoire to suit all tastes and a highly professional approach to their performances. The City String Trio produces a full sound and you would be hard pressed to tell the difference between this trio and a quartet. They arrived at the church in plenty of time before the ceremony, and then moved on to the reception venue, ready to play before any of the guests had arrived. In short, they added a huge element of class and style to help make my daughter's day perfect. I would highly recommend the City String Trio without any hesitation.

  Our whole service was made just perfect by having the beautiful music played by the City String Trio. We cannot thank them enough for the punctuality and the service they provided, with fun and professionalism. We had a specific agenda on the songs we wanted played and my partner had a quite specific piece to walk out of the service to. We wanted not the typical classic tunes but ones that showed there was still time to run away… such as "Don’t Marry Her"… and "Run for the Hills"... The group arranged these tunes and did a great job. The theme tune to Benny Hill went down a storm. Very grateful…
